Gibbet Hill Farm Field School

This spring we are pleased to offer a series of half-day workshops on Gibbet Hill Farm. These interactive events will be led by our knowledgable team and include thoughtfully prepared fare from the farm.  Subjects for the “spring semester” will include cocktails, foraging, gardening, and fermenting. Space is limited for these workshops to ensure a small instructor-to-student ratio.  Scroll down to see the available workshops.  Links to purchase tickets are in each workshop description.
