Just Announced: Hamilton Leithauser Live in Groton

We are beyond excited to announce that indie-rock icon Hamilton Leithauser will be joining us for a one-night-only dinner and concert at the Barn at Gibbet Hill on Thursday, December 4th.  Hamilton has been churning out incredible music for decades, first as the lead singer of The Walkmen, and now in his solo career.  Guests will be served a three-course farm-to-table meal with full bar and beverage service available from your table.  

Standing room only mezzanine tickets are also available with a full bar on our deck

This Thanksgiving, we’re excited to offer several dining experiences! Join us at Gibbet Hill Grill, where we will be serving a 3-course prix-fixe menu from 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM for parties of up to 14 guests. For parties of 6 or more, head over to The Barn, where we’ll be offering a family-style dinner, available from 12:00 PM to 3:15 PM. For those who wish to dine at home, we also offer large-format takeout. We look forward to celebrating with you!

2025 Hops & Crops

Celebrate autumn’s harvest as you enjoy farm-to-fork cuisine showcasing all that this quintessential New England season has to offer!

Join us on Thursday, November 6th for the 11th annual Hops & Crops farm-to-fork dinner with beer pairings provided by Spyglass Brewing Company.

The cocktail hour will feature passed and stationed hors d’oeuvres where guests can meet the chef, and learn about how we keep up with abundance of produce growing on Gibbet Hill Farm. A Gibbet Hill Farm manager will be on hand to discuss growing practices and what it is like to work with the chefs and culinary teams of Webber Restaurant Group. Sample a variety of Spyglass Brewing Company brews and meet members of the brewing team as they discuss how they “consistently produce great beer and push themselves to get better with every batch of beer” they brew.

After the cocktail hour, commune with other guests during a thoughtfully prepared family-style dinner. To top off this special dinner event, a representative from Spyglass will lead the group through the beers paired with each course.
